If they can rank highly for their own keywords they will probably do a great job on yours. Remember ranking for any keywords associated with the term "SEO" is highly competitive. So if they rank highly for "Best SEO", "Top SEO" and "No.1 SEO" and say London as your location they must be pretty good. 

So although they might not be able to compete on the world stage however they should be ranking highly for their specific business location such as London, England or UK.

So this was just a stupid post. 

I mean surely who is the best SEO in the World. It is obviously the person who works for Google who wrote the algorithm or who has inside knowledge of the algorithm. Or is it the person that ranks the highest for the search term "Best SEO in the World!.

However according to Google I am currently the 69th Best SEO in the World.

I certainly fair much better when it comes to SEO's in London. 

But rank 2nd for best SEO in the Universe and 3rd for best SEO in the Galaxy, So we obviously have some interplanetary lopers out there that are SEO's aswell.
